检查井模具是按照对于工程要求制作的混凝土检查井定制的,大部分的检查井模具采
用圆形结构,此外还有部分矩形的样式,规格差异比较大,但是每两块钢板之间的整
体结构都比较紧凑。在进行生产的时候,模具展现了很好的稳定性,没有发生偏移等
情况,整体进行操作的时候十分方便,生产出混凝土检查井的成品率比较高。一般根
据各个工程的需求的不同,检查井模具的规格也大小不太相同。
我们厂现在经常生产的一种类型就是模具的长度在一米,钢板厚度在五毫米。为了保
证模具的表面拥有更好的坚固性,我们还焊接有宽度五公分左右的钢筋板作为支撑,
这样在浇筑混凝土的时候,模具不会出现崩裂等情况,性比较高。以前我们在使
用检查井钢模具进行生产的时候,需要通过人工进行搬运以及振捣,但随着我们现在
工具的增多,我们可以使用吊车设备以及振动平台进行这些操作。使用机械进行生产
还能够保证混凝土能够将模具内部整体填充充实。

One of the types that our
factory often produces now is that the length of the mold is one meter and
the thickness of the steel plate is five millimeters. In order to ensure
that the surface of the mold has better firmness, we also weld a
reinforced plate with a width of about 5cm as the support, so that the
mold will not crack when pouring concrete, and the safety is relatively
high. In the past, when we used the inspection well steel mold for
production, we needed to carry and vibrate manually, but with the increase
of our tools, we can use crane equipment and vibrating platform to carry
out these operations. The use of machinery for production can also ensure
that the concrete can fill the interior of the mold as a whole.
